Online bidding is hosted through AuctionSpear.com. Vintage Vault Auctions is an independent auction company. Bidder registration, bidding, payment and the auction terms that apply to a sale are provided through AuctionSpear.com and the terms posted for each auction.
Use of this website
This website provides information about Vintage Vault Auctions and lets sellers request a free assessment. Submitting a request or chatting with the Auction Assistant does not create an agreement to sell, consign or auction any property.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee auction results, sale prices, timelines or that any item will be accepted for auction. Acceptance depends on our review of your project.
Your submissions
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it and to sell or consign the property you describe. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share, or anything unlawful or harmful.
Automated assistant
The Auction Assistant is automated and may not be complete. It does not provide legal, tax or financial advice. For project-specific answers, contact us directly.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to access areas you are not authorized to use, send automated or abusive requests, or interfere with its operation.
