Who we are
Vintage Vault Auctions is an independent online auction company in Cleburne, Texas, serving North Texas. This policy explains how this website handles information you send us.
Information we collect
When you submit a form, use the free assessment intake or chat with the Auction Assistant, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, city, state, ZIP and county, a description of your property or project, item categories, timing and goals, and your contact preferences. We also record which page or form you used and the consent choices you made, with the date.
Uploaded photos and files
Photos, videos and inventory files you attach to the intake form are stored privately. They have no public web address and are available only to authorized Vintage Vault Auctions administrators through the secure admin area.
How we use it
We use your information to review your project, respond to your request and follow up about auction services. We do not sell your personal information.
Phone and email contact
You must check the inquiry permission box before we can contact you about your request. We may respond by phone or email. When you submit a form, our administrator receives an email notification. We do not send automated emails to the address you enter.
Optional text messages
Text-message permission is a separate, optional checkbox that is never pre-checked. If you opt in, we may text you about your inquiry. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any service.
Auction Assistant
The chat assistant is automated. Messages you type are processed to generate answers. Please do not enter sensitive personal information such as financial or government ID numbers.
Third-party services
This site is hosted and operated on the Base44 platform, which provides our hosting, database, file storage and email delivery. Online bidding is hosted by AuctionSpear.com, an external site with its own privacy policy and terms. Bidder registration and bidding information is handled by AuctionSpear.com, not by this website.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not use Google Analytics, advertising or retargeting pixels, or other third-party marketing trackers. Our hosting platform, Base44, may collect basic technical and usage information, such as page visits and traffic statistics, to operate, secure and measure the site.
Security
Seller lead records are accessible only to an authorized administrator, and access is checked on our servers. Uploaded files are kept private. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Retention and deletion
We keep seller inquiries for as long as needed to respond to and manage your request and for our business records. To ask us to correct or delete your information, email us at the address below and we will review your request.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13.
